I went home to my parent’s house this past Thursday and everything is going pretty well. My sister, her boyfriend and my nephew DeAndre came to town from Texas and we all caught up. There was a family get-together on Saturday and everyone was pretty surprised with my blonde hair. It was a little bittersweet because I wish my boyfriend was around but at least we both got time to spend with our families since it’s been so long. I guess going home isn’t that bad since things are slowly starting to get better..

..boy, we’re all getting old!
